Before you book.

Is this actually free, or is there a catch?
Actually free. No credit card. No "strategy call that becomes a pitch." We run this audit free for qualified industrial companies because roughly 1 in 8 becomes a client, and that is worth far more to us than a consulting fee. The other 7 out of 8 get a useful 45 minutes and a Loom. Both sides win.
How do I prepare?
After you submit the form, we send one short survey (about 8 questions). It takes 10 minutes. The more specific you are about current numbers and the biggest question you want answered, the more useful the call. No deck required on your end.
What if you decide we are not a fit?
We will tell you on the call, usually in the first 10 minutes, and still use the remaining time to give you the best advice we can. You keep the Loom, the 1-page summary, and the benchmark data. We do not charge anything.
Can I bring my sales lead or CRO?
Yes. Up to 2 people on your side is fine. Any more than that and the call turns into a presentation instead of a working session. If you want a longer session for a bigger team, we offer paid workshops but that is separate from this audit.
How fast will I hear back?
Under 24 hours for most requests. If you are a clear fit, Kris sends a Calendly link with open slots. If there is a mismatch, you get a short email explaining why along with a pointer to a free resource that might be more useful.
