Common questions

Do you actually build the automations or just recommend them?
Both. The audit is standalone. If you want us to build, we quote the build separately after the audit. Most teams choose to run the audit first, then decide whether to build in-house or with us.
What tools do you typically recommend?
It depends on your stack. Common recommendations: Zapier, Make.com, n8n for no-code. Custom LLM agents on Claude / GPT. Native HubSpot / Pipedrive automations. We do not have vendor kickbacks. We recommend what fits.
How is this different from a generic SaaS consultant?
We run a production agent company with 7 agents live. Kris ships to production daily. The recommendations are stress-tested against our own operation, not theoretical best practices from a slide deck.
What if AI replaces my team?
It does not, in our deployments. It replaces tasks that your team hated doing. Your team's value grows when they spend time on judgment calls, not data entry.
