Do you need access to our CRM?
Yes, read and limited-write access. We never delete. We never email as your reps without explicit approval. Full audit trail maintained.
What CRMs do you work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce (with custom setup fee), Zoho, ActiveCampaign. If you use something custom we quote a one-time integration fee.
Can you manage multiple shows in the same quarter?
Yes, up to 2 shows per month with our SLA. For heavier schedules (quarterly commitment) we roll the service into a Get Clients retainer at discounted rate.
What if we do not have a booth scanner?
We can rent one and preconfigure it, or integrate with whatever the event provides. Quote adds €300 to €500 depending on show.
How do you prove ROI?
Post-event closeout report tracks every lead through CRM stages and attributes meetings and closed revenue to the show. We follow up for 6 months because most industrial deals close in month 4 to 6 after first touch.
